Clinic Host Resources
Thank you for hosting an RPH clinic! We appreciate your support for this organization and we want to help you make your event a success. Below you will find a link to the Clinic Host Questionnaire. We have also provided 3 flyer options for you to download, print, and post up at your barn, local feed & tack stores, horse shows, etc. to help promote your clinic.
Cancellation Policy
A participant will receive a full refund if cancellation is expressed 30 days prior to the said clinic (minus the non-refundable deposit).
If a cancellation is received after the 30-day timeline, a refund will be refunded minus 25% of the balance owed, but not to include the non-refundable deposit.
If a cancellation is received 7 days prior to the clinic, no money will be refunded.
