This clinic will begin on Saturday, August 9 at 12:00 PM with lunch and discussion led by Robbie, where we’ll introduce what we’ll be covering.

Mindful Trailering is a hands-on clinic focused on creating safe, confident trailer experiences through a relationship-based approach. A successful trailering experience begins long before your horse steps near the trailer - it begins with trust, respect, and clear communication on the ground.

Using groundwork that emphasizes straightness, forwardness, and responsiveness, you’ll develop the foundational elements needed for smooth loading, calm hauling, and safe unloading. You’ll also gain insight into trailer types, handling techniques, and preparation strategies - all rooted in safety and your horse’s well-being.

Whether you're overcoming trailering challenges or looking to deepen your connection with your horse, Mindful Trailering gives you the tools to build lasting confidence.

*Auditors are welcome to attend without their horse to observe, take notes, and learn from the clinic. Registration is required and the auditor fee is $50. Click here to register.

  • Camping - You may camp in your trailer in the parking lot.
    No electric hookups available.

Fees

  • Participant Fee: $325 (paid to RPH)
    *A $125 deposit required to reserve spot. Balance is due 30 days before clinic.

  • Facility Fee: $40 (paid to facility)

  • Audit Fee: $50 (paid to RPH)
    *Registration is required for auditors.

  • Stalls: $30 per stall, shavings provided (paid to facility)

Stall fees will be collected upon arrival at Stone Creek Equestrian Center.

 

Clinic FAQ’s

  • A participant will receive a full refund if cancellation is expressed 30 days prior to the said clinic (minus the non-refundable deposit).

    If a cancellation is received after the 30-day timeline, a refund will be refunded minus 25% of the balance owed, but not to include the non-refundable deposit.

    If a cancellation is received 7 days prior to the clinic, no money will be refunded.

  • A non-refundable deposit is due upon registration in order to secure your spot. The remaining clinic fee will be due 30 days prior to the clinic date.
